Ramakrishna Vedanta Mission has been working towards integrating its programmes and services and consciously moving from welfare towards development. Ramakrishna Vedanta Mission, founded on 12th of January, 1965, On the Auspicious annual birthday of Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902), is a non-sectarian spiritual organization, who has been serving mankind in various forms of humanitarian and social activities for over half a century incessantly. Apart from leading a life of renunciation and to the realization of Eternal Truth, the objective of Ramakrishna Vedanta Mission, is, for the practical implementation of this profound ideal of Swami Vivekananda. Inspired by this ideal of service to mankind, the monks and devotees of Ramakrishna Vedanta Mission have been relentlessly serving thou stands of men, women and children irrespective of caste, creed & religion because they see the living God in them.
