Visiting Hours and Vacation

* Please seek permission if any other wants to meet with hostel students except for guardians.
* Kindly report hostel office before meeting with students.
* Time of meeting on every Sunday between 3:30pm-5:30pm (March-October) & 3.00pm- 5.00pm (November-February).

Those who can’t meet in the evening may see students at 9.00am-11.00am taking permission in advance from Authority.

Communication:
Guardian may contact & speak students once a week in the afternoon via those mobile numbers-

Letter communication is entertained from parents/guardians.

Vacation:
Students go home in summer vacation, Puja vacation & after annual final exam. Hostel would be closed during summer & Puja vacation.
